Nicholas Donsuzo is the managing partner of Coffey Modica O’Meara Capowski’s New Jersey office. Businesses and insurance companies rely on Nick to provide sound counsel founded on a cost-benefit analysis within the client’s business goals. In addition, he is known for his ability to resolve claims quickly and for his immediate responsiveness.
Overview And Experience
Nick’s practice encompasses commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He provides advice and counsel to organizations of all sizes, helping them mitigate risk and litigation and representing them if or when litigation arises. He also focuses on commercial transactions and business disputes.
Nick represents insurance companies and self-insureds (with SIRs over $20 million) in general liability matters, including premises liability, products liability, complex personal injury, construction accidents, construction defects, dram shop and trucking cases. Additionally, he staffs a 24/7 emergency response team that responds to accidents immediately with on-site support and counsel on how to handle the incident.
In addition to representing insurance companies and self-insureds, Nick’s clients include businesses including healthcare companies, commercial real estate owners and developers, commercial real estate brokers, tenants, retailers, health care organizations and providers and treatment centers.
