She employs a methodical and effective approach to research, discovery, and depositions to uncover facts that guide her legal strategies that resolve matters aligned with her clients’ goals, accounting for factors such as risk tolerance and budget.
Mahe-Noor is a persuasive writer and oral advocate and is known for her ability to draft compelling motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss. She has worked in insurance defense since being admitted to the bar and knows firsthand what insurance companies require from their panel counsel and incorporates reporting mechanisms and open communication into her client relationships.
Prior to joining CMOC, Mahe-Noor worked for regional insurance defense firms where she refined her abilities in all facets and phases of litigation to best serve her clients and advance her career. Even in law school, Mahe-Noor was focused on preparing to be a litigator by clerking for the Town of North Hempstead, where she attended hearings for personal injury claims and drafted and filed motions. She also interned for a law firm and served as a student attorney in her law school’s asylum clinic and family law practicum.
Mahe-Noor is fluent in Urdu and conversational in Punjabi, Hindi, and Hindko.
