Overview And Experience
A good part of Jordan’s experience comes from representing insurance carriers in first and third-party claims of personal injury and property damage in automobile accidents, fire losses, and water losses, as well as investigating and prosecuting subrogation claims. He draws on his diverse legal background, as well as on his experience interning with the Honorable Gerald Lebovitz of the New York Supreme Court, to compellingly advocate for clients, in written submissions and in oral engagement with courts, adversaries, and mediators, and thereby resolve matters in a quick and cost-effective manner.
Jordan has handled commercial litigation, family law matters, wage and hour disputes, real property disputes, and transactions – all experiences that helped him hone his skills as a creative problem solver and client advocate.
During law school, Jordan worked as a research assistant and interned for several organizations, including law firms and LexisNexis.
