Brendan O’Meara, of counsel in Coffey Modica O’Meara Capowski’s New York offices, is a preeminent trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience successfully defending clients in a wide range of matters, from simple negligence cases to complex lawsuits involving significant medical or economic damages and criminal enterprise litigation. Among his many successes are more than 50 successful verdicts in criminal and civil cases.
Overview And Experience
Brendan represents individuals and corporations experiencing legal challenges and traumatic situations of all kinds. While he handles all stages of litigation, his focus is on jury trials. He has been known to “parachute” in at the 11th hour to handle high-exposure trials for businesses and potentially catastrophic trials for individuals. He also represents clients in mediations and arbitrations and before regulatory agencies and union tribunals, among others. When necessary, Brenden also prepares and argues appeals on behalf of his clients.
