Overview And Experience
Prior to joining Coffey Modica O’Meara Capowski LLP, Annabelle worked at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Western New York. Annabelle, formerly a personal injury attorney, is adept at handling active caseloads. Her experience on the plaintiffs’ side informs how she approaches the defense of high-exposure matters, understanding intimately what happens on the “other side” and how damages are evaluated.
Annabelle worked in various positions during law school to expand her writing and advocacy skills. She worked at civil litigation law firms, providing legal services to businesses and individuals. She also worked as a student attorney at University at Buffalo School of Law’s Family Violence and Women’s Rights Clinic, where she conducted legal research, drafted legal pleadings, and advocated for clients in court. Additionally, Annabelle’s experience as a judicial law clerk to a New York State Supreme Court Judge enabled her to hone her skills as a researcher and persuasive legal writer, which contributes to her ability to defend and resolve cases expeditiously and favorably on behalf of her clients.
